Lazio have zeroed in on Luca Pellegrini as their reinforcement for the left flank. He’s owned by Juventus and currently on loan to Eintracht Frankfurt. He’s reportedly pushing to join the Biancocelesti, which are his boyhood club.
Per Alfredo Pedullà, the Bundesliga side greenlit his departure provided they are given time to replace him. They don’t want a last-minute exit. The suitors have opened talks with the Bianconeri, which don’t have him in their future plans. They are open to selling him, but the clubs have to agree on the formula.
Pellegrini would join Lazio on an initial loan, but it remains to be seen how long and whether it would comprise an obligation or just an option to buy.
