Manchester United are of the sides eyeing Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. However, his agent Mateja Kezman denied saying they are his favorite destination. The Lazio ace has better chances to depart this summer than in previous ones. PSG and Juventus are also in the running, although he might turn out to be too pricey for the Bianconeri.
According to French site Foot01, his representative had stated: “He is not lacking offers. We are in talks with Manchester United and PSG. He is concentrating on finishing the season well with Lazio, but he wants to join the Red Devils.”
The former footballer rebuked to Tuttomercatoweb: “Those are simply fake news, as I have not given interviews about my client in months.” He is working to bring offers, as the contract of the Serbian ace expires in 2024. Unlike the last few years, the Biancocelesti are open to listening to bids and have not engaged in extension talks.
According to the Italian publication, Lazio have yet to receive real proposals for Milinkovic-Savic, from either Manchester United, PSG, or any other suitor. The Red Devils will be in the market for a top midfielder since they will most likely lose Paul Pogba on a free transfer.
Juventus will put together a package including cash and youngsters. Maurizio Sarri expressed interest in Nicolò Rovella and Nicolò Fagioli to make their midfield younger. However, the monetary compensation would have to be proper and their evaluations fair to sway Lazio. They are asking for at least €70M to sell their star.
