Fans are raging as Allegri admits his team must improve defensively, even though everyone’s still asking questions about this team’s scoring capacities. While the results tell one story, the Bianconeri boss maintains ‘We’ve had a good week.’
“We’ve had a good week. We all understand the period we’re going through,” the Juventus manager told the club’s website. “We’ve decided to stay together as a team for one more evening, knowing that we need to get back on track. We have goals to reach and we know tomorrow’s importance.
“In the last few games, we haven’t given up many chances but have conceded a lot of goals. At times that can happen. We need to improve defensively as a team, not just as individuals.“
Despite Allegri’s calls, Juventus supporters would rather see their side dominate games for a change instead of focusing on containing the damage at the back.
