La Masia youth product and Napoli target Joan Gonzalez, who currently stars for Lecce as a midfielder, is garnering budding interest from Milan. The newly-promoted Serie A club took a chance at Gonzalez in the summer of 2021, and he hasn’t disappointed since – now being pushed onto the first team.
As per latest reports from Calciomercato, the 20-year-old is being closely followed by not only Milan, but also several scouts from other European heavyweights such as Borussia Dortmund, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur. Lecce recently handed Joan Gonzalez a contract extension until the summer of 2027, subsequently raising his transfer value to €10m.

He functions on the right win, but also possesses the versatility to play as a trequartista in the final-third or deep as a central midfielder.
Lecce have been receiving interest at Via del Mar from interested suitors in recent weeks, and a move cannot entirely be ruled out this winter window or perhaps in the summer.
Gonzalez has 17 appearances for the Paprica this campaign, scoring 1 goal and registering 2 assists in the process.
