Milan Legend Seedorf Does Not Visualize Mbappé at Madrid

Following the compelling second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 tie between Madrid and Paris Saint Germain, Milan legend Clarence Seedorf expressed how he does not visualize Kylian Mbappé fitting in at Madrid if he chooses the Santiago Bernabeu as his destination next summer.

The 22 year-old French international was brilliant across both legs as he managed to score two goals in two games against Los Blancos, displaying his ferocious speed and his high-quality technique on the ball against his potential club next season if he chooses to depart the Ligue 1 giants at the end of the season.

However, his marvellous performances were not enough to convince the former Dutch midfielder that the global phenomenon would be able to adapt within the life of a Madrid player. Following Madrid’s 3-1 victory against Paris, the former Rossonerri expressed his opinions on the potential transfer move on Amazon Prime Italia:

“I don’t see Mbappé in this team.If he plays on the left, it means that Vinicius must remain out. Where would he play? On the right in place of Asensio? That’s a possibility. Look at what Karim Benzema did tonight. He understood that the team needed him, so he came deep to get the ball. Mbappé doesn’t do it. Neymar did it instead, trying to regain control of the game. Perhaps Mbappé needs another environment to grow further.”
