Tommaso Pobega is on the verge of moving away from Milan, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. With a host of clubs – all from Serie A interested in his services, it is increasingly looking likely that the midfielder will part ways with the Rossoneri. The 1999-born has attracted the attention of four Serie A clubs in Spezia, Cagliari, Udinese and Spezia, where he spent last season on loan.
All the four clubs have enquired the Rossoneri for the availability of the 22-year-old central midfielder. According to reports, Milan are ready to let him leave on loan, with the possibility of cashing in on his services after his loan spell.
Pobega is liked by Stafano Pioli but it is unknown if he is included in the Italian manager’s plans for the 2021/22 season.
He has been loaned on to three different clubs since first appearing on the professional scene – with Ternana in 2018/19 in Serie C, the subsequent season at Pordenone in Serie B and his most recent loan spell at Spezia in 2020/21.
