Milan seem to have bitten more than they can chew in this season’s transfer market after identifying dozens of attacking talents to reinforce the squad. One more name has emerged in Koln’s French-born Tunisian midfielder Ellyes Skhiri. The former Montpellier man has been confirmed to be targeted by Milan, as per Sport Bild reports.

The versatile defensive midfielder, who can also take up different roles in the back four, has a transfermarkt value of €10m but it is reported that the West German club will entertain offers no less than €15m.

These developments have taken place in the past few hours after Hoffenheim look adamant in holding onto Florian Grillitsch. The Austrian’s stance is yet unknown, who would become the first ever from his country to play for the Rossoneri.

Skhiri’s agent Fali Ramadani has reportedly already met with the Milan high command for a potential transfer and it remains to be seen how the next few days play out for both the Rossoneri and the player.

The 26-year-old made 32 Bundesliga appearances last season, scoring 5 goals and making 2 assists.
