Milan Resume Considering Outbound Chelsea Forward

Milan are keying on other roles for now, but they remain determined to add another striker and have reprised eyeing Armando Broja since they are facing some challenges for Niklas Fullkurg. Other teams, for instance, Atletico Madrid, are keen. Borussia Dortmund could just keep him despite onboarding Serhou Guirassy.

According to Calciomercato, the Rossoneri had a fresh round of contacts with Chelsea concerning the Albanian youngster. Everton have been pursuing him in recent weeks. They haven’t been able to concur to a deal, though.

Milan only want Broja on loan, preferably with an option and not an obligation to buy. The Blues could part ways with him again but might disagree with the formula. They sent him to Fulham in January but he didn’t do well, failing to score and assisting once in eight appearances. Instead, he has played 38 times at Stamford Bridge, hitting the net thrice. He had his best seasons at Vitesse and Southampton.

The Rossoneri are also keeping in touch for Tammy Abraham, who’s represented by the same agency as Fullkrug. However, they are highly unlikely to match Roma’s request and acquire him outright.

Our Take on Milan and Broja

He hasn’t been great following an ACL tear, but pairing up a youngster with Alvaro Morata is better than adding another veteran, especially one with very diverse characteristics. It’s not necessarily a priority, and they aren’t throwing money around this summer, so it will be challenging to find a worthy option for cheap.
