Lazio president Claudio Lotito and Maurizio Sarri were quick to dismiss the chatter about Juventus being interested in Sergej Milinkovic-Savic again. But his agent Mateja Kezman didn’t seem on the same page while sharing his point of view with Corriere dello Sport.
“I don’t think this is the right moment to discuss his price tag or transfer. The Biancocelesti are a top team, and they need serenity. We all know that things will be clearer after the World Cup. At that point, the time will come to discuss everything.”
The representative stressed that the midfielder isn’t tied to the club long-term.
“He has just 18 months left on his contract. We will talk with the owner first and then with everybody else. Sergej and I have always respected him and Lazio in recent years. I have to focus on the player’s interest first, and the team’s one afterward. I’m sure we will maintain the same working relationship we have had so far.”
