Perhaps it wasn’t the most enchanting display from the PSG fullback, but he still contributed with some dangerous balls and runs. Had a tough duel against his former BVB teammate Thorgan Hazard.
Naif Aguerd – 7
A wonderful display at the back from the West Ham man who kept Batshuayi in his pocket for most of the match.
Romain Saiss – 7
Similarly to his defensive partner, the centre-back was both solid and confident at the back, and even helped in bringing the ball forward on some occasions.
Noussair Mazraoui – 6.5
The Bayern Munich man usually darts forward at will, but this time he produced a more cautious display, lending a helping hand for the centre-backs.
Azzedine Ounahi – 6.5
An industrious outing from the Morocco midfielder who ran hard from start to finish, even if he rarely made himself noticed.
Sofyan Amrabat – 7
The Fiorentina man was the commander in chief in the middle of the park. Won back countless balls and shielded the backline brilliantly. A true Lion.
Selim Amallah – 6
The midfielder was arguably the weakest link in the line, but it wasn’t a poor display by any means. He was slightly wasteful on the ball, but made up for it with his energetic runs.
Hakim Ziyech – 7.5
A top-notch display from the Chelsea wantaway who was a true thorn in the back for the Belgians. Tested Courtois with a shot and had actually broke the deadlock with a cheeky freekick which was ruled out by VAR. He also provided the assist for Aboukhlal’s goal.
Youssef En-Nesyri – 5.5
A hard working display from the Sevilla striker, but never made himself a threat for Alderweireld and Vertonghen.
Sofiane Boufal – 7
A lively display from the Angers winger who caused headaches for Meunier with his deft tricks and skills.

Yahia Attiyat Allah – 6
The fullback took the torch from Hakimi and kept supporting his teammates from the right flank both offensively and defensively.
Adelhamid Sabiri – 7
We told you before the start of the tournament to keep an eye on this man. Stunned Courtois with a superb freekick from the most acute of angles. A super-sub indeed.
Abderrazak Hamdallah – 6
The striker fought hard against the Belgian defenders, producing some space for his teammates.
Zakaria Aboukhlal – 7
Another substitute who delivered a goal following his introduction. Gave the goalkeeper no chance as he smashed the ball home from close range.
