José Mourinho is at the pizza deed once again following his side’s season-opener win at Salerno. Bryan Cristante scored Roma’s only goal in the 1-0 win at Salernitana’s Arechi Stadium, handing the Giallorossi all three points to kick off the 2022/23 Serie A season. The midfielder unleashed an instinctive long-range finish past a mass of Granata players in the first half to settle scores.

Mourinho was an impressed man post the victory, deciding to celebrate accordingly on the way back to Rome. The manager ordered 60 pizzas for his Roma players and staff to enjoy on the train back to the Italian capital from Salerno, as per Corriere dello Sport.

The Special One had done the same thing last year, when his side won 4-0 at the same venue on August 29th, 2021. He has reportedly ordered from the same restaurant this year to treat his fellow Giallorossi.
