Napoli Enter Transfer Race for Spezia Prodigy Kiwior

Spezia prodigy Jakub Kiwior is one name that big clubs have constantly kept an eye on, as the Polish defender garners attention from the likes of Milan and Juventus. Despite the Rossoneri’s and Bianconeri’s interest, Napoli has emerged as a potential destination too for Kiwior.

According to La Repubblica (via TuttoJuve), Napoli have entered the race alongside the other two heavyweights.

Milan have already made contacts with Spezia and Kiwior’s entourage in the past in a bid to evaluate proceedings, whereas Juventus scouts have been spotted eyeing the youngster during several of Spezia’s league matches this season. Inter are also a prospect. However, Napoli’s presence warns the other two suitors of a potential upset.

Spezia want to keep Kiwior atleast until June as the minnows seek to register Serie A safety this campaign. Nonetheless, his agent has previously made it clear that he could leave as soon as this January.

The left-footed defender has a contract valid until June 2025 with Spezia.
