Jugeli denied speculation over the Georgia international’s potential switch to Saudi Arabia. But PSG’s concrete interest in the versatile forward is far more ominous for the Napoli faithful.
“Saudi Arabia’s interest in Kvaratskhelia is not true. There is interest and an offer from PSG on the player, but everything depends on the decision of Napoli and its president,” he said, as quoted by Gianluca Di Marzio.
It’s believed the perennial Ligue 1 champions have allocated no less than €100 million to bring Kvaratskhelia to Paris. Such a significant amount could make the heart of even someone as stone-cold as Aurelio De Laurentiis tremble.
