It has already been an impressive season so far for Napoli’s new Georgian Kvicha Kvaratskhelia. Having signed from Dinamo Batumi for €10m, the winger has already shown his talent.
The 21-year-old has already accounted for four goals and an assist in nine appearances for Napoli. That has resulted in his value going up to €35m. That is more than triple the price Napoli signed him for.
He has also impressed on the international scene. With Georgia, he was responsible for five goals and three assists in the six games. The Georgians won five of six matches and were promoted to Nations League B.
It will be interesting to see whether Napoli can hold on to their promising youngster for future. There is still much of the campaign to go, which will give Kvaratskhelia more time to continue increasing his value.
The Partenopei leads the league through seven games, while also going two for two in what is a difficult Champions League group.
