The Bianconeri built their own luck with the impressive win over Barcelona and will take on one of the easier available opponents, while it was the opposite for the Biancocelesti, who will have to deal with the champions and the team that has been the most dominant far. February is distant but Real Madrid looked beatable in the group phase and Atalanta will have their chances to continue surprising in Europe. Milan, Napoli and Roma should be able to advance provided they put some effort into it, which is not always a given when Europa League is involved: the Partenopei are set to face the biggest challenge.
