Pimenta Dishes on Kean, Pogba, Donnarumma, and Haaland

Agent Rafaela Pimenta previewed the Winter session and discussed a few of his clients after attending the Global Soccer Awards. She gave an interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“I’m curious to see what will happen since the World Cup is in the middle of the season. I’m sure somebody will fall in love with the players that show well in Qatar, but I’m not certain they’ll move immediately. Maybe there’ll be a rush to secure them for the summer.”

Moise Kean has experienced an unexpected turnaround in recent weeks.

“He hung in there during tough times thanks to the people close to him and will be a long-term protagonist for Juventus.”

Pimenta commented on Paul Pogba.

“He was invited by France in Qatar, but he decided to go to Pittsburgh for a visit and continue working. He wants to take back what he lost. He’ll try to return as soon as possible. The decision to delay the surgery wasn’t instinctual, as he listened to a doctor.”

The representative commented on Gianluigi Donnarumma.

“He has overcome the early difficulties. He didn’t leave for economic reasons. It was a sporting choice to challenge himself and make new experiences.”

Pimenta closed with some remarks about Haaland.

“The decision was primarily technically. Pep Guardiola and Manchester City guaranteed his use, and the negotiation went swimmingly. What happened with Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Barcelona had no impact. The agent has to take a step back compared to the player’s interest. He and Kylian Mbappé will take the baton from Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.”
