The young 19-year-old is one of the up-and-coming Argentinian starlets, and a host of clubs, including Wolverhampton Wanderers from the Premier League, are planning a move for him.
According to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport (via FCInterNews), Porto have joined the race along the Milan heavyweights and Wolves for the versatile La Plata-born midfielder, who has a further four more years on his Racing contract. Despite his transfermarkt value of €8.5M, the Argentine club expect nothing less than €15-20M in their coffers to lure the talent away.

Alcaraz made his first team debut only in January 2022 against Atletico Tucuman, and has since been making the headlines for his commendable displays. He has 9 goals and two assists in 42 appearances for Racing Club this season.
It was Alcaraz who sparked a melee in front of the Boca Juniors fans a fortnight ago with his match-winning header in the dying minutes of extra-time, wining the finals 2-1 for Racing.
