PSG Plotting Mammoth Offer to Purchase Napoli Pair

PSG were repelled after targeting Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, but they intend to try again and pursue also Victor Osimhen to sweeten the pot. The Nigerian striker isn’t attracting many suitors due to his price tag and wages. The Ligue 1 champions are ready to put €200M on the table for the duo, Corriere dello Sport informs.

While the marksman is for sale, preferably for his €130M release clause, the Partenopei have insisted that the Georgian star would stay. They did it again after his father and his agent advised him to leave to play in the Champions League.

PSG need to replace Kylian Mbappé and aren’t too sold on Randal Kolo Muani and want Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen to replenish their frontline. They already targeted the latter last year, but he ended up renewing his contract, although only to set up his future departure. He aims to transfer to the Premier League and isn’t too excited about the Saudi destinations at this stage. Director Luis Campos brought him to Lille back in the day.

The French powerhouse tempted the 23-year-old with very rich wages earlier this summer. The Azzurri are trying to renew his contract.

Our Take on PSG, Osimhen, and Kvaratskhelia

The elephant in the room is whether they’d buy only the center-forward, which would be a welcomed development for the Azzurri, or if they did it only in a packaged deal. Despite some drama, the Partenopei have been able to take care of business in their favor so far this summer.
