Real Madrid Plan to Bring Back Star Milan Wingback

Milan fullback Theo Hernandez signed a long-term contract extension with the club earlier this year, but that hasn’t shrugged off reports of potential interest in his services. The Frenchman was subject to interest from Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain in the past, but a new but rather familiar outfit have reignited their interest for a transfer.

According to reports from Defensa Central, Real Madrid are keen on bolstering their left wing, mainly due to unconvincing performances of late by Ferland Mendy. Carlo Ancelotti is said to be a fan of Hernandez’s playing style, having watched him develop leaps and bounds at Los Blancos from 2017 to 2019.

The reigning European champions will need atleast €80M to lure the attacking left-back, who has developed into one of the world’s best in his position. However, the Marseille-born wingback recently penned a renewal deal in February until the summer of 2027.

Milan are understood to value him as one of their most marketable players, and it certainly will not be easy for Madrid to swoop him back to the Spanish capital.

The Spanish capital outfit are also keeping tabs on Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies, Paris Saint-Germain’s Nuno Mendes, Rayo Vellecano’s Fran Garcia and VfB Stuttgart’s Borna Sosa.
