Return of Allegri Set to Impact the Future of Multiple Juventus Players

Coach Massimiliano Allegri is already making his presence felt in Juventus plans. Few contributors that were previously believed to be on their way out have better chances to stay in Turin. Extending the contract of Paulo Dybala is now one of the top priorities for the club. Moreover, Alex Sandro and Federico Bernardeschi may not leave after all.

Juventus will soon meet with Dybala’s agent Jorge Antun to reignite the talks to prolong his deal. His current one is up in 2022, and there have been no developments on this front for months. He finished a rough season injury-wise with some good outings. The Old Lady fully intends to keep him, Goal.com reports.

The Bianconeri have extensively tracked Atalanta star Robin Gosens, who has a soaring price tag. The subtext was that they planned to part ways with Alex Sandro. The Brazilian fullback rarely lacked suitors internationally. However, no signs are pointing towards his sale nor that Juventus will add somebody to threaten his playing time, Sky Sport indicates.

Allegri wants to confirm Bernardeschi as well, as the winger had his best seasons with him at the helm. His name came up in multiple potential swaps while director Fabio Paratici was still with the team, but not recently. The change of direction should soon lead to the start of the negotiation for a new contract. The Italian international also has just a year left on his pact. Juventus do not want to lose players for free under any circumstance, Tuttomercatoweb informs.
