Roma have formally announced the acquisition of Artem Dovbyk after overtaking Atletico Madrid at the last corner and reaching an agreement with Girona. The marksman will cost them up to €38.5M considering the €30.5M fee, €5.5M add-ons, and a 10 percent resale clause, Corriere dello Sport informs.
