He’s solid but unspectacular and had some blunders here and there. There’s a middle class of Italian goalies that could do well at a big team too and wouldn’t be too expensive. However, he hasn’t totally fallen off, and it’s easy to imagine he’ll continue to be the starter as long as Mourinho is in town.
