Roma Spearhead Dybala Saga with Contract Proposal

With Paulo Dybala reportedly handing Inter an ultimatum to come to an official agreement, the race for his signature has only accelerated among other interested suitors, mainly Napoli and Roma.

Premier League giants Manchester United and Arsenal have also expressed interest in signing the enigmatic Argentine, as they continue to monitor the situation.

However, it is the Giallorossi who have submitted the latest bid in the transfer race. It is one that guarantees immediate action on the official front without further delay, with coach Jose Mourinho being an admirer of the ex-Juventus man, pressuring the Roma management to go after him.

And it goes both ways. It is understood that Dybala himself is open to negotiate with the capital club by lowering his salary demands which have so far put off several top clubs, according to latest reports by Corriere dello Sport.

There have been talks of a proposed deal in the range of €6M net per season lasting on a four-year contract – rumored to be the only offer on the table for him to consider at the moment.

Club legend Francesco Totti has also backed La Joya’s transfer to take place, offering his iconic number 10 jersey to the Argentine. Bringing the former Bianconeri forward could also help Roma facilitate the sale of Nicolo Zaniolo, who has been the subject of much transfer talk.

Apart from Roma, there has not been any talk or advances from Napoli’s end despite lingering interest, even after Partenopei icon Fabio Cannavaro urged the management to make advances for the free agent.
