Roma Striker Abraham Scouted by Two European Heavyweights

Tammy Abraham is having a relatively indifferent season in the Giallorossi colors, racking in 7 goals and 6 assists in 36 games. He has been a shadow of his former self that played a key role in Jose Mourinho’s debut Roma season, but clubs keep piling up to sign him in the summer.

According to La Repubblica (via VoceGiallorossa), the England striker continues to be monitored by two top European giants – Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund – with scouts from the clubs present during Roma’s 2-0 win against Real Sociedad in the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 first leg at the Stadio Olimpico.

Abraham is predicted to start against La Real and is expected to be continuously monitored in the return leg midweek.

Despite the former Chelsea forward’s sub-par season, Mourinho has continued to trust him with the starting role, overlooking EURO 2020 winner Andrea Belotti who recently moved from Torino.
