Roma Striker Paulo Dybala Aims for Return Against Torino

With a series of difficult matches quickly approaching prior to the World Cup for Mourinho’s Roma, Argentine Paulo Dybala aims to return from injury against Torino.

Since suffering a hamstring injury after scoring a penalty within Roma’s 2-1 victory over Lecce, the 28 year-old has been unable for the last five fixtures across all competitions.

Consequenlty, Roma have struggled heavily within the offensive phase of the game without the presence of their most in-form attacker on the pitch, as Dybala managed to score eight goals and provide two assists in eleven appearances across all competitions since departing the Bianconeri on a free transfer.

According to reports from Italian news outlet Corriere dello Sport, Dybala is recovering very well and is likely to return within league fixture against Lecce, just before the league halts before the World Cup commences.

With Roma only one point above both Inter and Lazio within the standings, it is a major sigh of relief for Mourinho as he is in need of all the resources possible in order to fend off the other teams from entering the top four.
