Following the potential acquisition of Houssem Aouar from Lyon, Roma are keen on adding to their list of arrivals. Arsenal youth product Reiss Nelson has been turning heads not only in England but also in Europe, and several top teams have been keeping close tabs on the 23-year-old winger.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, initial contacts have taken place to sign the attacker from the Giallorossi’s end. José Mourinho is looking to increase the firepower of the squad, and the winger is a realistic target.
Apart from Roma, Ligue 1 outfit Rennes have also gotten in touch with Nelson. Atalanta are the other Italian team linked to the attacker. Aston Villa, Brighton, Fulham, and West Ham United are all part of the fray to sign him.

Simultaneously, Nelson has ongoing talks with the Gunners for a potential contract renewal, although a permanent exit seems the most likely outcome. He spent the last couple of seasons on loan to Hoffenheim in Bundesliga and Feyenoord in Eredivisie.
