Milan have set a robust valuation for Alexis Saelemaekers since he’s in demand following a solid loan spell at Bologna. It’s not entirely certain the utility man will indeed leave, though. He’ll try to convince Paulo Fonseca to give him another chance, Calciomercato informs.

He’s a decent player, but the Rossoneri moved on a year ago, and it’d be weird if they changed their mind despite having a different coach. His transition to a new role is possible on paper but improbable at Milan as Fonseca hinted at having a cautious fullback there to balance out Theo Hernandez. It’d be easier in a team that uses a 3-5-2 scheme. If he’s still available, it wouldn’t be surprising if Juventus targeted him late.
