The versatile 23-year-old has been in fantastic form of late, most recently bagging a thunderous free-kick in a 2-2 draw against Toulouse in Ligue 1. His exit from Les Merlus is touted to be imminent.
The winger has been tagged with a €12M valuation by Lorient, marginally more than his existing transfermarkt value. After revealing their dissatisfaction at the asking price earlier, the Neroverdi are likely to match the Ligue 1’s side demands ahead of fellow Serie A suitors Torino, which have been following the attacking talent for the past few windows.
He has a contract valid until the summer of 2024 with the French club.
