Andrea Belotti’s situation in Turin is still largely under speculation as talks of a possible renewal deal have died down after the conclusion of the recent summer transfer window. A host of clubs are still interested in the EURO 2020 winner.
According to reports from Tuttosport (via Calciomercato.it), a move to another Serie A club might be on the cards, with Juventus, Inter and Milan all potential destinations for the 27-year-old. Of the three interested Italian clubs, the Nerazzurri are least likely to lure him after the arrivals of Edin Dzeko and Joaquin Correa respectively.
No positive developments have taken place between Belotti and the Turin club regarding contract renewal negotiations. His contract at Torino expires at the end of the current season, in June 2022, and a free transfer is still a possibility for the interested clubs.
Apart from the Italian giants, Arsenal are also keen on reinforcing their attacking roster as they prepare to part ways with Alexandre Lacazette. Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid have also been linked for him.
