Serie A Round 24: Roma – Milan Official Lineups

The last match of Serie A Round 24 kicks off in about one hour as Roma receive a Milan side who seems to have lost its spark. The official lineups have been released, and the news of the day is Stefano Pioli deploying Fikayo Tomori in defense instead of his captain Alessio Romagnoli.

Both Paulo Fonseca and Stefano Pioli will go for their tested formations. The Roma coach’s 3-4-2-1 will see Bryan Cristante acting as a center-back next to Gianluca Mancini and Federico Fazio as the Giallorossi defensive line must face quite a few absences.

With Edin Dzeko also unavailable, Borja Mayoral will be Roma’s only striker, supported by trequartisti  Lorenzo Pellegrini and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

For Stefano Pioli, the only unavailable regular starter is midfielder Ismael Bennacer, who will be substituted by Sandro Tonali. Ante Rebic will be deployed on the left offensive side instead of Rafael Leao, helping lone striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic along with Hakan Calhanoglu and Alexis Saelemaekers.
