Spurs Manager Conte Ready for Italy Homecoming

Tottenham Hotspur coach Antonio Conte looks seemingly likely to leave the club at the end of the season despite having the chance to extend his existing deal by another year. It is understood that Spurs have put a contract renewal offer on the table, but the ex-Juventus manager has put his future on standby.

Latest reports from Sky Sports indicate that the 53-year-old wants to return to Italy, as he reflected in a recent interview. Having signed for Spurs in November 2021, Conte has enjoyed a good relationship with the club board, with the support of ex-Bianconeri director Fabio Paratici.

However, negotiations have been positioned on reserve, as Conte is still in the process of evaluating his future.

Following his recent statements, it is expected that the decorated manager will ask the club to terminate his contract before he returns back to Italy to be closer to his family.

Juventus have been monitoring the former Inter tactician, but nothing is certain at the moment.
