Dzeko Tests Positive for Covid, Misses Genoa Match

Bad news for Roma as their captain Edin Dzeko tested positive for Coronavirus. It was Dzeko himself to officialize the news through his official Instagram account. The Bosnian has no symptoms but will of course skip this Sunday's Serie A match against Genoa. He will also not join his National teammates for the upcoming games against the Netherlands and Italy.

Milan’s Donnarumma and Hauge Test Positive for Coronavirus

Bad news for Milan as Gianluigi Donnarumma and Jens Petter Hauge tested positive for coronavirus after last night's swab round along with three more Milan staff members. Both players will miss tonight’s Serie A game against Roma and while the Norwegian was not expected to be a starter, Donnarumma’s positivity will give a chance between the sticks to Ciprian Tatarusanu.
With the Serie A now couting 28 players positive to COVID-19, it is clear that the protocol adopted to face the coronavirus is not working

According to the Italian Department of Civil Protection, the number of cases has been increasing day after day, reaching 5372 on Friday at a pace that is challenging the football industry. With the Serie A now counting 28 players positive to the coronavirus, it is clear that the protocol adopted to face the crisis is not working.
