After receiving the new findings from the district attorney of Turin, the federal prosecutor announced to have appealed against the ruling of the previous ‘plusvalenze’ trial, where all teams and executives were acquitted. It’s possible when new evidence that could change the outcome emerges. Juventus could face three different procedures.

Juventus are at risk of being referred due to allegedly illicit capital gains in the last few years. However, some of the bigger deals are no longer part of the investigation following an early report by the federal prosecutors. The swaps involving Miralem Pjanic and Arthur and Joao Cancelo and Danilo have been expunged.

The Italian Football Federation, FIGC has officially submitted the dossier for Italy to host the 2032 edition of the renowned continental tournament.

Capital Gains Investigation on Juventus and More Clubs Concluded

The Procura Federale of the Italian Football Association (FIGC) has concluded their first round of investigations on suspicious capital gains. There are a total of 11 clubs that received a notification from the Federal Prosecutor, 5 of which are from Serie A: Juventus, Napoli, Empoli, Genoa and Sampdoria.
