Mamuka Jugeli, the agent of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, has disclosed the one team he foresees the Georgian playmaker shine at. The former Rubin Kazan winger has been in stunning form for Napoli, leading them upfront in his maiden season toward a potential Scudetto victory.
Speaking to the microphones of a YouTube channel (via Tuttomercatoweb), Jugeli confessed that it might not be long before we see Kvaratskhelia play for reigning European champions Real Madrid.
“His father and I support Barcelona, but Kvara loves Real. If I saw him in a Barça shirt I’d be very happy, but he’s a Madrid fan.”
However, he is not worried about the youngster’s future, assuring all of the player’s concentration now lies on winning the Scudetto with the Partenopei.
“Khvicha likes everything about Naples and for the moment there is nothing with other clubs. He will not move to any Italian team. I spoke to Khvicha and he confessed to me: ‘Mamuka, I won’t play in another Italian team other than Napoli’. Then I don’t know what will happen in 10-15 years, maybe Inter will call him and he wants to go there, but today he doesn’t want to know. In Italy, for him, there is only Napoli.”
Kvaratskhelia is presently one of the most feared attackers in Europe, having registered 12 goals and 15 assists in 26 appearances for Napoli across Serie A and the UEFA Champions League.
