Juan Cuadrado‘s future at the Allianz Stadium is still up in the air as his contract nears the expiry date at the end of the season. The Colombian winger has been a key pillar of the Juventus team under Massimiliano Allegri in recent times, most recently bagging the important opener in the win against Torino in the Derby della Mole.

According to transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio (via TuttoJuve), the versatile 34-year-old midfielder would prefer to stay at Juventus following the important win over their crosstown rivals.
With his contract expiring at the end of the season, Cuadrado is still without any kind of pre-contract agreements despite not being short of suitors. The former Chelsea man has not been approached yet by the Bianconeri management for a renewal deal, deeming the situation on standby at the moment.
Negotiations are expected to take place between the player’s agency and the club after the clash against Roma at the weekend. World Soccer Agency, the agency that represents Cuadrado, also voices matters on the behalf of other Juventus players, including Moise Kean, Filip Kostic, and Leonardo Bonucci.
While the Colombian fullback might not be in Turin in the next few campaigns, Juventus announced the rumored Danilo extension earlier today.
