Serie C outfit Vicenza are interested in signing Milan Primavera starlet keeper Sebastiano Desplanches. Both Vicenza and Milan were recently involved in a dialogue involving the transfer of Tommaso Mancini, but Juventus are ahead of the Rossoneri for the young striker’s signature.
Despite talks breaking down on that front, Vicenza sporting director Federico Balzaretti has indicated that contacts could soon be reignited with Milan for their own interest.
Balzaretti expressed his admiration for the Desplanches in an interview with Trivenetogoal.it (via SempreMilan.it).
“We like Desplanches, he has different characteristics from the others. He is very good with his feet and is a possible name but it depends on the evolutions that will take place in the market.”

Milan are understood to be open to the idea of loaning the Italian-French keeper, possibly with a buyback clause in order to retain his services in the near future. However, contrasting reports indicate he is closer to a permanent move, with Milan benefitting off a percentage of future resale.
Desplanches is only 19, and has so far registered 47 appearances for the Milan youth sides.
