Milan and Liverpool Get Linked to Expensive Watford Forward

Milan will onboard a pair of attackers in the summer, and they were mentioned as a potential destination Ismaila Sarr. His agent stated that he would leave Watford in the summer, but a transfer to Rossoneri appears rather unlikely.

His representative Thierno Seydi told Afrique Sports TV: “Ismail has very strong chances to depart regardless of how his team will finish the season. This is our plan. Milan and Liverpool might be interested, and they are both great clubs.”

According to SportMediaset and TeleLombardia, Milan do like Sarr and recently met with his entourage. On the other hand, he has a €50M price tag. It is improbable that they will make such a mammoth investment on a single player. They have Club Brugge’s Noa Lang on their radar in a similar role.

The 24-year-old has scored 5 goals in 16 Premier League appearances this season. He joined the Hornets in 2019 after breaking out with Rennes. He expected to leave after the relegation in 2020, but he stayed put and helped them gain the promotion.

Rather than the Sarr one, Milan are furthering two different deals. They have zeroed in on Divock Origi, and the Liverpool misfit is negotiating exclusively with them at this point. They have decided to bring in a striker on a Bosman move to spend in the midfield and the defense, Alfredo Pedullà informs. The Rossoneri are also making strides in their chase of Kristjan Asllani. They plot to acquire him from Empoli and leave him on loan for a season.
