However, his €9M salary is vastly superior to any other player on the Partenopei‘s roster. They are working on a solution with PSG, but it could take time.
West Ham might be able to act more quickly for Navas, while their attempt for Acerbi will likely go down to the wire. As per Team Talk, they are negotiating the acquisition of Thilo Kehrer, and the conversations expanded to the veteran. It remains to be whether he will indeed accept the transfer since they don’t play in the Champions League, though.
According to SportMediaset, the Lazio center-back is biding time because he wishes to reunite with Simone Inzaghi in Milan. He has turned down a switch to Monza and repelled the Irons’ initial inquiry. But that may change down the line.
