Juventus stormed to a 3-0 victory over Lazio in their last match before the FIFA World Cup break, with each of the Bianconeri eleven putting in commendable efforts to muster all important three points. Midfielder Manuel Locatelli believes the team is now getting into shape following a poor start to the season.
Speaking to DAZN (via Calciomercato), the ex-Sassuolo linchpin praised his side, urging them to continue the form after the showdown event.
“I said, we must do what we are doing now. At the beginning of the season we talked too much, now we have found the right mentality. We have to look ahead of us, play our matches, take care of our attitude.”
Juventus are now in the top three, just behind Milan and quite some pace off Napoli. They return to playing ways on 4th January, when they visit relegation contenders Cremonese at the Stadio Giovanni Gini in Cremona.
