Bad News for Milan as Rebic and Krunic Test Positive for Covid

Tonight’s big match between Milan and Juventus lost two more of its expected starters as Milan’s Ante Rebic and Rade Krunic tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday. As reported by the club in an official statement, both players have no symptoms but are in isolation and will obviously not take part in tonight’s game at the San Siro.

After Juventus losing Juan Cuadrado and Alex Sandro to the virus, Milan also received its share of problems from the virus. Krunic’s absence, in particular, is expected to create quite a few problems in midfield to Stefano Pioli, who was still missing Ismael Bennacer due to an injury and Sandro Tonali, who is serving a one-match ban.
