Corriere dello Sport (via VoceGiallorossa) reports of Dan Friendkin, Roma’s owner, being heavily interested in keeping he Special One put at the Stadio Olimpico. The duo share a cooperative bond, as they are said to be in continual contact regarding proceedings at the club.

Mourinho has been linked to the exit door, with Brazil and Portugal reportedly interested in luring him to manage their respective national teams. However, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid tactician has maintained his loyalty to the Giallorossi, at least until the end of his contract, which expires in the summer of 2024.
The Roma management is confident of extending his stay at the end of the season, perhaps offering a pay hike and an extension of an extra year or two in his current deal.
