According to Corriere dello Sport, the Giallorossi are monitoring the Czech Republican international extremely closely as they are plotting an attempt to lure the central midfielder to the Stadio Olimpico next season.
The club officials are preparing a potential transfer around the region of €15M plus bonuses for the to acquire the 27 year-old play-maker.
