Sassuolo Forbid Milan Colors in Main Stands Ahead of Scudetto Finale

Milan take on Sassuolo in the final matchday of the 2021/22 Serie A season, as the Rossoneri seek to capture their first Scudetto title in over a decade at the Neroverdi’s home. Inter sit just points behind their eternal rivals as they prepare to welcome Sampdoria at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

The Neroverdi have carefully planned out to welcome the seven-time European champions at the Mapei Stadium that schedules to kick off on Sunday at 6PM local time. The away sector i.e North Stand will be completely cordoned off from Neroverdi, and the same thing will be implemented in the South Stand, which means that no fans will be able to bring Milan colored clothing (jerseys, scarves and flags).

That section will be exclusively reserved for Sassuolo fans so as to avoid any altercations between the home and away supporters. The heat is expected to be sky-high as Milan are in line to win their first title since the 2010/11 season.

The Rossoneri need just one point from their last match in order to secure the championship, whereas Inter will need to beat Sampdoria and hope Milan lose in order to defend their title.
