The last hours before the much-awaited Milan – Inter derby didn’t bring any change in the expected lineups as both Stefano Pioli and Antonio Conte stayed true to the rumored setups from the past few days.
Milan will need to renounce to Ismael Bennacer, who picked up an injury on Thursday during the Europa League against Crvena Zvezda. He will be replaced by his natural substitute Sandro Tonali. Other than that, Pioli will have all his key players available, with Ante Rebic deployed behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic instead of Rafael Leao.
Among the Inter lines, Christian Eriksen will get another chance to continue his redemption as he gets a starting spot in midfield in place of Arturo Vidal. On the left wing-back position, Ivan Perisic has been moving up in the pecking order ahead of Ashley Young and will also play today.
