Italian outlet La Nazione (via Tuttomercatoweb) reports that an agreement is on the horizon between the parties, most likely to be concluded by the end of the weekend. His net salary is touted to increase to over €3M per season – marginally more than his current deal. A three-year contract extension is in the works.
