Bologna head coach Thiago Motta has cited two managers he takes inspiration from and translates to his style of management. Motta is currently in his third club as a manager in the space of three years, having been relieved from his Spezia spell last season following a short stint at Genoa.
Speaking to the press (via TuttoNapoli) ahead of the clash against Torino, Motta shed light on the tactical mindset he implores to set his teams up to play man-marking.
