With several first-team stars ruled out injured, Italy boss Luciano Spalletti faces a selection nightmare. Tonali and Zaniolo’s withdrawals were the last thing he needed ahead of Gli Azzurri’s blockbuster trip to Wembley to encounter qualifying Group C leaders England.
