Leicester City could depart with Dennis Praet, following the versatile midfielder’s links with Torino, where he spent 2021/22 on loan. The Belgian marked his stint with 2 goals from 24 appearances for the Granata last campaign, despite missing the best part of three months with a serious foot injury before returning to Leicester.
As per latest reports from Corriere dello Sport (via Tuttomercatoweb), intensified contacts between Torino and Leicester have taken place over the course of the past couple of days. The player is understood to be in favor of a move back to Turin.

Another loan stint is being planned by the Granata, who are not yet ready to make an outright permanent offer for the ex-Sampdoria man. However, he is the top priority for coach Ivan Juric, according to Tuttosport. Reportedly, a season-long loan deal, with an obligation to buy in the region of €8-10M, is being planned by the Granata management.
Fiorentina have also been interested in the Belgian midfielder earlier in the summer. Contrastingly, Leicester City coach Brendan Rodgers has Praet in his season plans after the mezzala impressed him during pre-season training and friendlies, which could hinder the attempt by Torino.
