Inter goalkeeper André Onana could see his stay at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza cut short after Chelsea officials were spotted in Milan to discuss a swap deal involving Kepa Arrizabalaga. However, as La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Tuttomercatoweb) reports, the Nerazzurri are least interested in signing Kepa and would rather ‘register an important capital gain without technical compensation.’

Onana is valued at €40M, with Inter looking to sell the Cameroon international despite his commendable performances, especially in the run to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals. Chelsea have reportedly scouted him regularly this season. While the Nerazzurri do not want Kepa in particular, there are two other players – Trevor Chalobah and Ruben Loftus-Cheek – who are of interest.

The primary target for the Inter management to replace Samir Handanovic and Onana between the sticks is Empoli shotstopper Gugliemo Vicario, who was spotted speaking to executive Dario Baccin in Inter’s 3-0 victory over the Tuscan side at Stadio Carlo Castellani.

Seen as a direct replacement for Onana, Vicario is valued at €16M, according to Transfermarkt – a considerably affordable target for a financially troubled Nerazzurri.
On the other hand, transfer market expert Alfredo Pedullà dispelled the rumors, reporting that, while Chelsea and Manchester United are keen on Onana, no meeting took place recently. Inter are fully satisfied with him, but a €55/60M could convince them to sell.
